Your experience is our priority. In order to ensure a seamless relationship, we’ve established brief but effective guidelines. We appreciate your business and look forward to exceeding your expectations!


Appointment Etiquette 


In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, or application of cancellation fee. A new deposit will be required to re-book any appointments cancelled for lateness.


Upon entering the building, please turn your phone on silent to avoid disturbing your artist and other guests.


We love hearing stories about your children, but as a safety precaution please leave them home. We cannot allow children 13 and younger in our studio or waiting area.




Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48hrs notice. Cancellations that break these rules will result in a cancellation fee and a loss of deposit.


If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing any symptoms, please let your artist know prior to your appointment to allow for rescheduling. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other guests and staff. If you come to your appointment with symptoms, you may be required to wear a mask or be turned away. If our staff become ill, we will not be able to work and appointments will unfortunately be canceled. We thank you for being considerate!




We accept all major credit cards and cash. Payment is due in full at the conclusion of your service.


No refunds are given for services rendered. No exceptions. If you are unhappy with a service, please let your artist know within 24hrs.


Gift Certificates


Gift certificates are non refundable, non transferable, and not redeemable for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Lost gift certificates will not be replaced.




We have a firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.


We respect our guests and will not release any guest information to third parties. We never trade, sell, rent, or share addresses or any other personal information with anyone. Any information obtained is used to process your purchase or maintain your client file only.
